Dr Kaja Gregory
About me
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience. Many of these years I worked in the United Kingdom in the National Health Service (NHS), as the manager of Primary Care mental health services and latterly as a senior clinician working in specialist trauma services for people diagnosed with Complex PTSD.
I became a clinical psychologist because as a teenager and young adult I experienced significant social anxiety. It paralysed me and stopped me fully living the life I wanted. I got the help I needed and I now get to teach other people the evidence based strategies that changed my life.
You deserve to live a life you love, to work towards being who you want to be, or to do the things you want without fear holding you back. I can be your guide, someone who will support you, listen and understand the challenges you face. Get in touch and together we will develop a plan to enable you to reclaim your life back from anxiety and fear.
